Protein pancakes
1 cup oatmel
5-6 egg whites
1 small container of fat free yogurt ( fruit flavours work great)
1/4 cup fat free pressed cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp Splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
1tbsp vanilla extract
optional: some chopped nuts or even putting ina scoop of your favourite protein powder ( in that case you might want to add a little more yogurt or 1 more egg white since protein powder makes the pancakes dry)
Blend together pressed cottage chese and yogurt until smooth add egg whites and oatmeal mix it all together until you get a thick batter. Fry then in a big preheated pan in using cooking spray for oil.
You can make them even more tasty with sugar-free syrup.
It's a delicious brekfast meal and it's packed with protein.
