Jon Chavez is the VP of Operations for Powermoves Entertainment. Jon who has only been with the company for 6 months and has already proven himself on every level that he can handle what the title brings. “Jon has done extremely well in understanding that this business is about multi-tasking and that sometimes you have to do what no one else wants to do in order to succeed â€, says CEO Eric Martinez.
Jon Chavez grew up in a household with older siblings and at an early age learned to listen to and appreciate the variety of music his family was following. Since his childhood he has carefully followed the music industry and introduced himself to different types of genres and styles. Jon’s hard work, extensive knowledge and determination in business is what earned him his position with Powermoves Entertainment.
Jon Chavez has over 13 years experience in music as a writer, Dj, producer, performer, A&R Representative and now as the VP of Operations. Jon also has extensive experience in business and marketing having run a successful marketing consulting firm at a young age while graduating with his MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Jon Chavez manages the overall internal operations of the company from marketing to artist development to tour management and more.
