The mentors will give the children direction through teaching, spending time with the children and through hands on one -on-one involvement with each child. Mentors are from various fields of the workforce including, entertainment, corporate America, retail, education, and many more. The children will be given a chance to develop and build on their skills by shadowing the mentors in their respective workplace and this also gives them a feeling of if this is truly what they want to push forward to do in their future.
