So I'm sitting and listening and watching four thirty-something men construct music around yet another song that sounds absolutely nothing like anything I've recorded previously, and it hits me like a train.
This is an issue.
Ten thousand possible directions, and where do I go? Fiona, Gwen, Avril, Amy, Lilly? Thus far, I have sonically traveled every which way because there are so many potentially appropriate possibilities, and I have so many ideas (and no instrumentation abilities of note with which to translate them--YET). Stephen Tegel is my talented guitarist and musical soul-mate, but we have no solid creative team beyond the two of us (and the producers who come in for 75% of a theoretical song before disappearing into the oblivion do not meet qualifications). Thanks to the generous software/tech brains at En2Go I have had the freedom to explore my potential, which has been wondrous and eye-opening, but my wanderlust is drying up because I can't do it alone.
This train is moving full speed ahead and it WILL get to its destination either way. It's all here. The question is not whether the train will arrive, but which direction it will take, how it will take it, and who will be on board to see it arrive safely. When will the right conductor hop on? Who will it be? Is it you?
Who will join me in solving the mystery of ME? Will YOU help crack this enigmatic riddle, this stubborn puzzle? Will YOU properly guide me to where I'm going by helping me to decode the chaos and make sense of the madness? Who? Who will be involved in parting the mist and rising to the top by simply and finally answering the question on everybody's minds--
WHO IS KANDICE MELONAKOS?
