About Me

Hello! My name is Michael. I am from St. Louis but now reside in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. I am an aspiring filmmaker and screenwriter. I head up our local film group, the Cape Independent Film Association (CIFA), as well as our area film festival: the Show Me Digital Film Festival (SMDFF). I have been involved with our local filmmaking movement for a few years now and hope to continue to work hard to make our region one that supports the cinematic arts. I love film, especially cult movies and Drive-In cinema, and have a large collection of videos and movie memorbilia. I am the previous owner of Cape Video and hope to again own a new video store, or a movie theater or Drive-In.
Check out my film group website at: WWW.CAPEINDIEFILM.COM
I am also the Moderator and Founder of the Means of Production Film Movement group, the Pop and Op Art Connection group, and The Drive-In Fanatics of America forum on MySpace! Check them out! So, until next time...keep watching the skies!
PRAXIS means "putting things into action!" PRAXIS PICTURES. This is my new PROFESSIONAL production company that I am starting for feature production, sales, and distribution! LONG LIVE INDIE FILM!
I am Quentin Tarantino!
