Other's opinions may vary and who is to say that for their reality they are not correct.
I am technically minded, anachronistic and by many peoples standards eccentric; thought personally I disagree with the latter, I just don't attempt to hide the fact that my interests are varied for the convenience of others. I care more about honesty then my reputation and as hard as it may be for some to believe I truly do care about others though I am not likely to acquiesce to their requests or demands if they cannot cogently back them up, this often gives me the appearance of more of a callous bastard then I truly am.
I also generally sound like a pompous ass when I write about myself.
The biographical points would be that after spending four years at first recovering from exhaustion then ultimately languishing in retail management I am finally working my way back to my first love of engineering, I now work for a mold and automation company building robots among other things. For a few years I worked as a professional blacksmith and before that as a architectural draftsman. In nonprofessional areas I am a photographer, still in the dark ages of film and a chemical dark room and a nawishi (a practitioner of shibari and kinbaku); I constantly read on, research and practice those and their related arts and sciences. I love and live for the alchemy of where the technical and the artistic intersect, photography, bondage, distilling, analogue electronics and the like.
And absinthe and mathematics are damn close to Nirvana.
