A Podcast is a FREE 21st century alternative to boring, outdated commercial radio. It's really easy to listen to! You can either download the show direct from our website or subscribe (and automatically) download it via iTunes straight to your iPod or MP3 player for FREE!!
So what's the show about? Well, Lizzie and I, (I'm Mark) get together in the studio with a variety of guests to talk about contemporary Aussie issues ranging from current events, sex, relationships, celebrity gossip, kids and heaps of other shite! Basically it's about fun and having a laugh! We also play heaps of independent music, (especially Australian) which you just WON'T hear on commercial radio.
The fun doesn't stop with the show... You can also join the antics in our Forums , Chat Room and try out our new Live Instant Messaging system. You can even call us in the studio during the Live Show and say HI!
Oh... we've also got a very intrusive webcam (which Lizzie hates) so you can see what's going on during the show.
