About Me
Guitarist/composer. Born in 1960 in Ronneby, Sweden.
Educated at the Music Conservatory in Malmö, Sweden and at Berklee College of Music, Boston, USA.
Teaches at Fridhem Folkhögskola Svalöv and Malmö Music Conservartory.
He has, for the main part of the 90's, worked with his own groups such as Laws of Chaos - Double trio, Un-x-pected Pleasure Quartet , Holtne Band and Malmö Jazzcomposers Orchestra.
From 1995-1999 he played frequently with bassplayer Ulf rådelius and his group Connection. The group toured in India 1996 and recorded a CD in 1999.The featured ensembles at this moment are Un-x-pected Pleasure and Footloose.Un-x-pected Pleasure

Anders Vestergård - Drums, .A trio started 2001 in Malmö, Sweden. The CD "Un-x-pected Pleasure Trio" was released in 2004. The trio played at Padova Porsche Jazzfestival in Italy 2004.
Now a quartett with the danish reedplayer Anders Banke.
Releasing a new CD in dec. 2006 on the Kopasetic Productions.

Footloose focuses on free improvised music, encouraging an open mind and a curious attitude. The group's expressions and sounds are original and innovative, and there is a wide dynamic range in spite of the small format. The music explores a broad spectrum of intensity and textures, ranging from meditative soundscapes via melodic interplay to condensed sound eruptions, always executed with serenity and reflection that makes this music live and breathe.
