Born and raised in the heart of Southeast Washington D.C., Ladi Ace comes on the hip hop scene with the heart of a lioness the voice of angels, and the rhythmical aptitude to stimulate and tantalize the most critical listeners of her art form. Since the age of twelve this young lyricist has been ready to take the music industry by storm, bringing her audience immediately into the thought's of a young prodigy, taking them through the progession stages of her youth.Being the First Lady of rap group O.R. (Organized Rhyme) Ladi Ace fits right in with the males in her group, not feeling left out but being supported on allot of different levels; "I'm not with boys everyday, I'm with men and that's the difference" says Ladi Ace .... "It's not like they decided they wanted to rap just yesterday, They have been at it for years, so with having that experience their able to teach me what They have learned and what They are learning as we go, we all stick together as family would and value all opinons inside the family, I am truly proud to say that I am greatful for the patience they extend to me on a day to day basis because I am the only female of the group but also because I am the youngest".Unlike most female Artist of the same genre, Ladi Ace's dedication towards her craft is impeccable, by taking herself as well as her profession seriously, she excels beyond expectations, exceeding some of the most current legends, challenging them to keep up with the angles of her proficient skills. Ladi Ace takes Hip Hop to another level when blending Gutter music with intellegence, being able to relate to the streets but also showing that there are other ways to live out your dreams other than the streets.In her youth Ladi Ace struggled constantly with her temperment inside and outside of schools. "It was like None of the kids could understand me", says Ladi Ace ... "Everyone wanted to follow the leader" and I had to be the leader. Although being a leader is what Adults teach children to strive for, it was already apart of her that took action everyday. However this soon became a problem, because Ladi Ace's natrual leadership tendacies started crossing lines with Teachers , Administration and soon Police Officials, Ladi Ace was always finding herself into trouble. "I knew better sometimes but sometimes I didn't", Ladi Ace says with a smile.... "I was just bad, In my head I didn't think they had what it took to be leaders but I was young and to immature then to understand that I would never have control over every situation I touched".Constantly fighting and being put out of school, Ladi Ace continued to pursue her dreams in music, with the help and encouragement of her Mother who also has a love for writting and arranging music, Ladi Ace has someone who supports her dream every step of the way. "My mom has done nothing but made it possible for me to feel confident in what I do", I love my Mom, says Ladi Ace... "I know I'm blessed to have someone who wasn't selfish with their goals for me... she never doubted the goals I set for myself.Ladi Ace look towards her music to channel her anger, not feeling confined, because she could still express her feelings without harming others. "You have to learn to "Displace Anger" Ladi Ace says... In the streets there is allot of Dramma and if You're not careful you may carry it over into a profession where it's all about business, only leaving room for discouragement and frustration.... It was not until she met CEO Mikestro Mike who pushed her towards self-improvement.Very Understanding yet very stern with discipline and self control, Mike quickly gave Ladi Ace the reality check she needed. Helping her everyday with Anger management, patience and self control Mike teaches Ace how to balance and Maintain her emotions,..."He does it all out of love", says Ladi Ace "He is the most genuine person I know, and I'm greatful to have someone who belives in me enough teach me the right things to do but still understand and respect where I come from as an individual.. Allot of Labels who have young Artist don't take time out to mentally develop the Artist for the Reality's of the Music Business, Mike does".With Mike her Mom building and shaping Ladi Ace, we are expecting nothing but the best. It is strongly belived that Ladi Ace will be the first Female artist to represent her sex without using sex. Although Ladi Ace has been viewed as a very sexy individual, she has also been veiwed as a very intellegent young Ladi, in the hands of the right people.Being considered by some of the most elite artist in the Metropolitan Area(D.C,M.D and V.A)a phenomenon Ladi Ace never lets it get to her head.
