Arising from Chicago's west side this Puerto Rican Producer/Artist started off his ventures in HIP HOP by the way of a Graffiti Bomber.
With several alias as Kix and Kayo he was King of the Chicago Red and Brown Line for a very long time, bombing the Chicago Transit line and even making it in the SUN-TIMES for causing over $30,000.00 worth of damage to the NORTH and CLYBORN subway station.
Yea he got busted but not before forming PSK (Pretty Sneaky Kidz)
Was one of the most reconized Graffiti crews in city history, with members hailing from all through out Chicago's North and South side.
In the mid 90s after growing out of the Graffiti scene he adoted his love of music and established himself as a emcee, rocking freestyle shows at the Elbo room and numerous hot Underground joints in and throughout the City of Chicago.
In 1997 Tony along with Juan Martinez one of the original co-founders of MOLEMEN
Established a Production group called VINYL PROPHETS, who for the next several years had TONY & Juan selling and distrubuting instrumentals to various artists from the Chicago and New York areas.
Some high lights for VINYL PROPHETS include: remixing several trax for Percee P plus remixing 2 unreleased songs by Chicago rapper VAKIL.
At the turn of the Century, January 2000 Tony adopted the title "TONY VINYL" and moved on to create his Indie Record Label "KAYOTICAL RECORDS"

KAYOTICAL RECORDS went on to release several solo albums for TONY VINYL and 2 Complations albums.
"TOUCH OF VINYL" opened the door for many local artists. "TOUCH OF VINYL" was one of the most unique projects ever to be produced in such a segorrated city as Chicago.
TONY VINYL unlike other production teams such as "MOLEMEN" whom ignored the need of the upcoming talent, assisted many in their developement in becoming emcees.
Tony Vinyl is highly reconized and noted for taking many rappers under his wings and giving them the opportunity along with motivation for them to proceed in their dreams.
