About Me

Have reached a point in my life where I have finished wearing my heart on my sleeve....I thought broken hearts were for teenagers, and was proven wrong (silly me). Two of my three children blessed me with 2 more grandchildren on the fourth of July this year.....makes 7 in all, so my family is getting me through the tough times, as always. I have a lot to focus on and a lot to be thankful for, so the dark days are becoming fewer. Hugs and kisses to all my kids for all the love (you too, Mom). As for me, I'm just a lil ole country girl.....like the outdoors, cookouts, walks in the country when the leaves are in full color, cuddling in front of a fire on a cold winters nite. I'm very soft spoken, and try to avoid confrontation, but once provoked, can and will hold my own. For the last year I have closed myself off from everyone except family and close friends, but now feel I am ready to start on this new journey that is ahead of me. I'm sure this is going to be the best yet.
