The magazine is not aimed solely at specialists, but seeks to spread appreciation of the music, and to expand the opportunities for its performers. Jazz UK is distributed FREE to hundreds of clubs, pubs, concert halls, colleges, shops & libraries thoughout the UK, we also operate a subscription scheme. Jazz UK represents no single view, but seeks cooperation and understanding across styles, professional status and locality. We are committed to securing appropriate recognition for British jazz musicians, and support and funding equal with other musics. Jazz UK seeks to help players, promoters and the public share the beauty of Jazz, and make it widely recognised as a vital cultural force of this century.
