Trouble started in the eighties when i started buying my first vinyl, fell in love with Morrissey and bands like New Order, Depeche Mode, Human League, Marc Almond.In the late eighties house music came into our lives and after becoming a bit tired with that scene I rediscovered the love for electronic music in the form of Techno music which i think is the purest and most intelligent form of electronic music. In 2003 i started playing records at a friend's house, in 2004 i bought my own Technics and Pioneer mixer and started practising. Since then I've had the opportunity to play several gigs : Format parties in the north of Holland, Technova Festival, Legalize Streetrave, Club Ik, DTF, and also some illegal parties and Tetris Safari Festival (IRL).I play a lot of different styles from Minimal to harder techno but prefer more energetic styles like Detroit techno/funky techno. My next project is StopZinloosGeluid- a new party-organisation (together with Daphne Darretta).We want to present new talent besides some big names yet to be announced. At the moment I am exploring Cubase and hope to finish my first production soon. My friend Omatic who's knowledge is ample has found the patience to teach me the beginnings of producing- thanks mate!
