I'm a pretty complex person and while a lot of people tend to think that they have me easily figured out...usually they are so far 'off base' that it's crazy. I'm an intellectual person, I'm a political person, (and a strongly opinionated one, at that,) but, even more importantly, I'm a very Spiritual person. I am a "FOLLOWER OF CHRIST" - CHRISTIAN, (though I disagree with how some people who call themselves CHRISTIAN choose to behave while wearing that cloak which should be one of honor,) but in some circles I would be known as a MESSIANIC JEW but I, also, have other Spiritual beliefs that are not, necessarily, a part of the 'main stream' in many churches today. More than anything and more than any church dogma or doctrine, I am a "FOLLOWER OF CHRIST," but that said, I am a firm believer that my GOD, MY LORD, MY CREATOR, is YAHWEH/ELOHIM as is so named "the GOD OF THE JEWS" and called "THE GREAT SPIRIT" by my Tsalagi/Cherokee, Choctaw, Shawnee, and Chickasaw tribes along with other Native American tribes but I believe Him to be the ONE TRUE GOD of all mankind but known by others by other names but is the same ONE AND ONLY CREATOR OF ALL THINGS.
Y'SHUA/JESUS loved everyone and asked that they come to Him just as they are.... "JUST AS I AM."
Y'SHUA/JESUS also said:
"JUDGE NOT, LEST YE BE JUDGED"

"WHOMEVER THAT IS WITHOUT SIN AMONG YOU...LET HIM CAST THE FIRST STONE."
There is much within the 'mainstream' Christian religion that we have been taught that I disbelieve as there was much that was 're-worked' throughout history. I believe much of our history as "FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST" is missing and much has been rewritten and, because of that, I have to let the "HOLY SPIRIT" guide me. I believe that most of the HOLY BIBLE is the "WORD OF GOD" but because of those things that we know were omitted from the HOLY BIBLE during the era of EMPEROR CONSTANTINE as well as the various translations and changes made therein throughout history....I believe that I must listen for GOD to speak to my heart as I read it just as with anything else that I read for it was written by the hands of men....unfortunately, those parts of the HOLY BIBLE that were written by a woman were deleted 'back in the day' of complete male dominated society.
Also, personally, I am a believer that Y'SHUA/JESUS was born and we celebrate his birth on CHRISTMAS DAY though I know that is not the actual date of his birth and I don't care and I know that CHRISTMAS DAY was, actually and originally, a DRUID day of worship and I don't care. The people of WALES were part of the DRUID culture that was part of what, ultimately, became the CELTIC CHRISTIAN church within the framework of a matriarchal society that became, primarily, CHRISTIAN while developing into that through the history of their DRUID society.
I believe that Y'SHUA/JESUS died on the cross that fateful day and I believe that HE ROSE FROM THE GRAVE and walked among his believers for a short time before ascending to Heaven....BUT....I, also, unlike many, would still believe that He is the same Y'SHUA/JESUS, SON OF YAHWEH/ELOHIM, if he had not risen from the dead and, in accordance with the current argument of this past year, had he married MARY MAGDALENE, (who was not a prostitute, by the way, that being another 're-working' of the truth over the centuries,) but to me it just plain doesn't matter what did and did not happen, regardless of what I personally believe....because regardless of all of the minutia involved in His Life...I believe with my WHOLE HEART that Y'SHUA/JESUS was the SON OF GOD. Now, for those of you that say, "Well, yes, we are all the children of God." I totally agree that we are, indeed, the children of God; however, I do believe that Y'SHUA/JESUS was God himself come to this earth in the physical presence of Y'SHUA/JESUS. It may be the only time that He has done so but I don't know that for a fact and neither do any of you. There is so much pontificating that goes on in every religion around the world but, face it, when it all comes right down to it it's about FAITH...your FAITH....what you BELIEVE happened and what you BELIEVE is the TRUTH. There is no way that we have to know precisely what GOD's plan is now nor ever has been and anyone who tells you that they KNOW precisely is full of ...........well, I won't elaborate on everything that I think that they are full of. Just look around you at this world....it's so magnificent in so many ways and there is so obviously the most magnificent creative mind at work but don't try to tell me precisely how that GREAT MIND created it all. If God wanted to use the approach taken by the thinking in DARWIN'S THEORY OF EVOLUTION then that would have been entirely up to GOD and so totally 'DO-ABLE!' But, then again, if GOD wanted to just snap His Fingers and say, "VOILA, ICI, THERE YOU GO....THAT'S THE WORLD AND ALL OF ITS CREATURES!" It is soooooooooooo 'DO-ABLE!' You... we are mere HUMAN BEINGS.....don't try to think FOR GOD! Just let GOD be. Just have FAITH. Just BELIEVE. And, also, while you're at it....start caring about your neighbor...your planet...the animals that were left in our care....especially start caring about the children...all of the children...everywhere....it's such a disgrace that children live in poverty and without food and without homes and without families and without love and without respect and without education and without a future....here in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as well as around the world in "3rd world countries." Start putting your FAITH and RELIGION and your HEART in your pocketbook and in your daily activities....if each and every able bodied person in America alone went out and did one thing each day to change the life of a child in a positive way....the universe would positively start glowing. It's up to us, people, to be the era of humanity that changes how things happen on this planet and we can.
I am a believer that the original Christian church found its roots replanting in the earliest years in Britain and not in Rome. I am a believer in the Celtic Christian church and the legacy of the Celtic blood in the mother of Y'SHUA/JESUS himself and in his mother, MARY, through her mother and father, ANNA/DANU and BELI MAWR. There is much of the legacy of the people of WALES that was stripped historically but has survived through what some call 'myths' but that were, in fact, the only way that the history from those years could survive. I have tired of hearing 'supposedly' educated Christian preachers speak of "THE POOR TIN MERCHANT JOSEPH OF ARIMATHEA" when JOSEPH OF ARIMATHEA was, perhaps, the wealthiest man of his day in his region as being a "TIN MERCHANT" in that day and age was akin to being BILL GATES, DONALD TRUMP, or SIR RICHARD BRANSON today. Also, it is quite probable that, with his uncle JOSEPH OF ARIMATHEA, Y'SHUA/JESUS, himself, may have visited 'the EAST' and studied the EASTERN philosphies and practices. There is more than some evidence that he did and, again, if traveling around the world with one of the wealthiest men in the world that would have been highly likely to have happened.
While I am a "FOLLOWER OF CHRIST"/MESSIANIC JEW, I still believe in the beliefs of my Native American ancestors, as well, and embrace them as being consistent in the "GREAT SPIRIT" as being the same God/the Creator as YAHWEH/ELOHIM. Also, I believe that the there is much to be learned and embraced from the BUDDHIST/ZEN culture with their care and seeking of enlightenment and love for the planet and all of the animals on the planet that our CREATOR gave us to care for. There are many, many supposed CHRISTIANS who dishonor their CREATOR for the shameful way in which they disregard the planet and the animals that the CREATOR asked us to 'have dominion' over. We have much to learn from other cultures...and I truly believe that GOD/YAHWEH/ELOHIM/THE GREAT SPIRIT has given parts of the truth in many ways to many different segments of the population of our world. In the HOLY BIBLE, we are told of the TOWER OF BABEL and scattering the people and the languages of difference coming about. I do not think that this was by accident and I do not think that any single religious group nor sect nor denomination within one greater group has all of the answers. Until we start listening with love and truly respecting and caring, we will continue to stumble blindly through the dark in search of the light when all we ever had to do was for each of us to bring our one little candle together with the other little candles to create an illumination.

I love music......ical, gospel, rock, blues, jazz, pop, bluegrass, country, ....I'm very eclectic when it comes to my musical tastes. I grew up in Louisiana and Texas with 'one foot firmly planted in church' being in church twice on Sunday, sometimes 3 times, on Wednesday for Choir Practice and Bible Study, on Thursday for Visitation, and other times during the week, and the 'other foot firmly planted in the music business and all that goes with it....nightclubs and crazy musicians, etc.' growing up in a 'Show Business' family and then working professionally as a singer and an actress, myself. Then I have been a part of and associated with so many very diverse types of groups over the years from what was considered an ultra-conservative, semi-religious group, "UP WITH PEOPLE," that many people wrongly dubbed 'a cult,' to the extremes of beauty pageants, (despite what it looks like...not my natural habitat,) and celebrity society in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and elsewhere with my picture on magazine covers and stories about me and my husband, Barney, in newspaper articles. I have traveled extensively around the world and I have been in the middle of the WAR in VIETNAM and numerous 3rd world countries where I found much eloquence and beauty and humanity and I have so many diverse experiences.
My parents are very much my heroes as are my husband and my sons and my feelings are summed up by this:

I remembered thinking of when I first heard that song as a little girl when DISNEY's JIMINY CRICKET sang it and how I loved the song that spoke of being able to accomplish anything that your heart desired. The song "MY WAY," is a very special song to me for so many reasons. It is MY song. It is the one that I sang as my 'swan song' at the "MISS TEXAS" pageant when I gave up my crown at the end of my year and it is the way I feel. I am not always right nor am I always wrong. (My children seem to think that I always think I'm right, but not so.) I do, however, believe that to be true to YAHWEH, our CREATOR, and to to Y'SHUA/JESUS, our SAVIOUR, that I must be true to myself and, while taking the counsul of others, I must go through life "MY WAY" but with the guidance of YAHWEH through Y'SHUA. Also, this song WAS sung by my favorite singer of all time, ELVIS ARON PRESLEY.
Another of my favorite singers of all time is BARBRA STREISAND whom has worked with producer DAVID FOSTER with whom I would greatly love to have the opportunity to work in the future. He's such a gifted producer.

I have been very involved in genealogy research for the past 15 years and have unconvered very significant lineage and history, as well, as both of my parents are descended from ancient HEBREW and CELTIC lineage as well as BRITISH and other EUROPEAN royal and noble lineage and NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN LINEAGE OF CHEROKEE, SHAWNEE, CHOCTAW, AND CHICKASAW. In addition to all of the other royals of note, my mother and father both descend from KING LOUIS XIV of FRANCE whom is a total look-a-like of his ancestral grandson, my father even down to the cleft in their chins, as shown in the pictures below.

This is a HYACINTH RIGAUD portrait of LOUIS XIV which our son, Tom, was fortunate enough to see during his visit to the palace at VERSAILLES. Quite literally, every time that I look at this picture, it brings tears to my eyes because it is like looking into my father's face. It's just so incredible what DNA is capable of doing in an instance such as this where one's ancestry is staring back at you in the face of your father.
MY HERITAGE - MY ANCESTRY I have been doing extreme genealogy research .. now for 15 years and it has been an incredible experience. My philosophy about genealogy research is like an old African-American saying, "You can't know where you're going until you know where you've been." It's been a journey of the blood but, also, of the spirit and the soul and the heart. I've come to know so many of my ancestors in the only way possible to me and it's been an exciting adventure that continues. My search for simple, hard working Christian Mississippi and Louisiana farm families turned into something quite different as I found that, for the most part, is from royal and noble lineage out of the ancient HEBREW and the DAVIDIC DYNASTY descended from the TRIBES OF JUDAH and the LEVITES and through MERARI, youngest son of LEVI, and others and on through many of the royal houses of EUROPE.

the descendants of MERARI, (Num. 26:57,) MERARI: meaning sad or bitter, the youngest son of Levi, born before the descent of Jacob into Egypt, and one of the seventy who accompanied him thither.

(Ex. 6:19).
They with the GERSHONITES and the KOHATHITES had charge of the tabernacle, which they had to carry from place to place.

In the distribution of the oxen and waggons offered by the princes (Num. 7), Moses gave twice as many to the Merarites (four waggons and eight oxen) as he gave to the Gershonites, because the latter had to carry only the lighter furniture of the tabernacle, such as the curtains, hangings, etc., while the former had to carry the heavier portion, as the boards, bars, sockets, pillars, etc., and consequently needed a greater supply of oxen and waggons. THE MEURIG/MEYRICK/MERRICK/MYRICK ANCESTRAL ESTATE IN WALES which is now and has constantly been occupied by a different branch of the same bloodline from our MEYRICK family for over 1100 years and documented as such by none other than RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT! back in the 1950s, I believe. THE spelling of our name in WALES/CYMRU began as MEURIG and MEURIC then was Anglicized into MEYRICK and then more so into MERRICK and then the spelling of MYRICK came about after immigration from England into Virginia in the early 1600s with that spelling being used primarily through the South while our New England cousins who immigrated in the 1630s from England primarily used the spelling of MERRICK though some did use MYRICK.
The name of MEURIG means "GUARDIAN. The first of our ancestral grandfathers to use MEURIG as the family surname, (at the time it was decreed that citizens of Wales begin the use of surnames,) was Captain Meurig ap Llewelyn, cousin of Henry VIII, King of England and also the Captain of the Guard for his coronation. In the patronimic style of naming at the time in Wales, the word "ap" means son of.

PRINCESS DIANA SPENCER and her sons PRINCES WILL & HARRY & their father PRINCE CHARLES all descend from some of the same ancestral grandparents that I do from many mutual lines including a mutual line from the de ERLEIGH, (later being my EARLE,) lineage for myself and DIANA and her sons.
First, before sharing some de ERLEIGH historical information, I am including pictures of ST. MICHAEL & ALL ANGELS CHURCH in Somerton, Somersetshire, England where my particular branch moved after the 1300s when this church was built. There is a bronze plaque dedicated to the lineage of the de ERLEIGH/EARLE family that hangs on a wall of the church.

Immediately below is SOMERTON COURT which is set on the old EARLE/EARLEIGH Estates ground in Somerton, Somerset, England from where my paternal 9th great grandfather, (SIR) JOHN EARLE, immigrated in 1649 into St. Mary's County, Maryland quickly settling the area of Yeocomico Plantation, Northumberland County, Virginia. This house was built after my EARLE/EARLEIGH family left the area.
Immediately below is an accounting from our earliest known lineage for the de ERLEIGH/EARLE family in England beginning with HERLEI who came in with WILLIAM "THE CONQUEROR" from whom I also descend through several lines as well as the article mentions KING HENRY I & II and others that we descend from as well as WILLIAM WALLACE of SCOTLAND with whom many of our SCOTTISH ancestors fought against my de ERLEIGH and other BRITISH ancestors.

Out Of The Darkness
The fog hung so thick over the valley that the horses would not march and the foot soldiers were helpless over such a rocky terrain. The Norman Knight and his brothers in arms would have to wait another day. On a cool autumn morning in the year of 1066 the Norman Knight rose early to prepare himself for battle. He would be one of the lucky ones who would have the luxury of full battle armament. Over 3000 Calvary, archers and foot soldiers crossed the English channel under the Norman flag in Viking long boats under the rule of Duke William, or William the Conqueror. The prize, the English Throne. The battle, the Battle of Hastings. It would be the last time England would ever be conquered. Our Norman Knight is none other than (1) Herlei my 30th Generation grandfather. After the Battle of Hastings, William confiscated the estates of the Saxon's, which he gave to his Norman followers and Herlei was awarded the estate of Almar Alod in Buckleberry near Reading in Berkshire where Herlei would become the Lord of Erleigh in Berkshire.
The Kingdom of Heaven
The Chamberlain to King Henry II was a fourth generation knight in the Kings service and the oath of the knight would follow the next seven generations. In May of 1180 a truce was signed by Baldwin IV, the leper King of Jerusalem and Saladin, the great Muslim ruler. That truce
would be broken in less than a year. Even though it had been well over a hundred years since the first crusade into the holy lands in the name of God and ten years coming until the third crusade, battles raged constantly. In 1184 a small contingency of Knights Templars went to Europe to hold court with the European Kings to find favor for relief in the holy cities. King Henry II finally gave funds for 200 knights keep for one year.
The letter was written by the Templar Terricus and was delivered to King Henry II. The King was most likely in France, seeing as the King ruled twenty-one of his thirty-six year reign in France. The news from the holy land was not welcome. "Jerusalem, alas, has fallen. Saladin ordered the cross to be cast down from the Temple of the Lord, and for two days to be carried about the city and beaten with sticks. After this he ordered the Temple of the Lord to be washed with rosewater, inside and out and from top to bottom." Upon hearing this news King Henry II of England and King Phillip Augustus
Of France agreed to join the crusade personally in 1187. This would take time and unknowingly to Henry time was not on his side. He died in 1189 in a battle in France alongside his son Richard who would take up the cross in the name of God because Richard had already taken the crusader vow.
(4)William de Erleigh, chamberlain and lord had served his King well for he was one of the 200 knights who took up his cross and sword, leaving Europe in 1184. He would not return until after the third crusade.
A Young Knight's Journey into History
The boy was barely a man, yet far from a child. He could not imagine hisdestiny or place in history. He was eighteen, when he fought alongside William The Marshall, said to be one of the greatest knights that ever lived, in a skirmish between the Norman knights and Phillip of France in 1190. (5)John de Erleigh became the attendant to William The Marshall in 1188 at the age of sixteen and swore his lifelong allegiance to William and would soon become a knight in the service of King Richard I (The Lionhearted) John de Erleigh would be one of the most written about in history of all the Erleigh knights due to his close and personal relationship to William The Marshall. John de Erleigh was so entrusted as a personal confidant to King Richard I, that John was given the delicate mission to carry the news of Richards death back to England in 1199. Richard The Lionhearted would be buried at the Templars Abbey in France. John would continue to be a close advisor and personal friend to William The Marshall until William's death in 1219, John held vigil over William's death bed and would be one of the last people to speak with him. William requested to be buried as a Templar so before his death William's wife released him and he was buried a Knights Templar at the Temple Church in London. John de Erleigh held many lands in England and Ireland until his death in 1230.
A Knight's Battle
From an Englishman's point of view William Wallace was an outlaw, a murderer, the perpetrator of atrocities and a traitor but to the Scottish people he would be hailed as one of the greatest warrior knights to ever live. (9)Sir John de Erleigh was only four years old when his father died andwhen he became of age he would inherit his father's lands and become a knight in the service of King Edward I. In 1296 Scotland had been conquered byKing Edward I. This would lead to one of the bloodiest uprisings England had seen. On September 11, 1297; Twenty six year old Sir John de Erleigh, knight and nobleman would be cast in one of the most fierce and deadly battles, coming face to face with William Wallace and his Scottish warriors. The Battle of Sterling Bridge would leave 5000 Englishmen dead on the battlefield. Sir John de Erleigh would survive to fight again and would become known as The White Knight in a line of White Knights that would last for several generations and earn their place in history. William Wallace would go on to proclaim Scotland's renewed independence.
A Knight's Ransom
He was only two years of age when his father died. The King granted custody of (11)John de Erleigh to the Earl of Salisbury including all the lands held in his name until the young man would come of age. He would marry Margaret de Brien, daughter of Sir Guy de Brien and a direct descendent of Charles the Great, Holy Roman Emperor better known as Charlemagne. Sir John de Erleigh would become the last of the great Norman Knights leading his ancestors out of the Dark Ages and into the Renaissance. He would also carry the title of White Knight as many did before him. Sir John de Erleigh would find himself alongside Prince Edward, The Black Prince, in several battles. While fighting alongside the Black Prince in Spain, Sir John de Erleigh would be captured and held for ransom. His wife Margaret would be forced to sell many of their lands in England and Ireland to ensure his safe return. Sir John de Erleigh would die in 1410 and it is said that he lost several relatives during his life to the Black Death which was sweeping the countryside. Sir John de Erleigh and his wife Margaret are buried at St. Gregory's in Beckington England where their effigy can still be viewed upon their tomb.
To this day the White Knights are still honored. On the grounds of the University at Redding you will find White Knights Park dedicated to the great White Knights who are said to have become a somewhat group of mercenaries who picked up their swords in honor of the Knights Templars who were tortured and dismantled on Friday the 13th in 1307, many of whom escaped and fled to England and Ireland.
AS MENTIONED IN THE ARTICLE ABOVE, MARGARET de BRIEN and her husband, (SIR) JOHN de ERLEIGH, ancestral grandparents of PRINCESS DIANA and MYSELF, whom are buried at ST. GREGORY'S CHURCH in BECKINGTON, ENGLAND and their effigies over their tombs can be seen immediately below followed by a picture of a Medieval stained glass window in the church which bears the de ERLEIGH coat of arms on the right side of the window.

BOLD HUNTER/aka D'IWALI/DUWALI/aka (CHIEF) JOHN "THE BOWL" BOWLES, Sr., (also known as the "CHEROKEE MOSES" for having led his group of CHEROKEE through the south and, finally, in 1819 into East Texas,) who died July 16, 1839 in an area now known as Redland which lies about 20 miles between current day Canton, Van Zandt County, Texas and between there and Henderson, Rusk County after fighting for about 48 hours in 'THE BATTLE OF NECHES,' the last battle of the TEXAS CHEROKEE
who were peaceful Indians but forced to fight when then TEXAS REPUBLIC PRESIDENT MIRABEAU LAMAR sent in the TEXAS CAVALRY to take back the 1 million plus acres of land that had been given to the TEXAS CHEROKEE by then REPUBLIC OF TEXAS PRESIDENT SAM HOUSTON who was, himself, a member of the CHEROKEE tribe, originally in Tennessee but then with the TEXAS CHEROKEE and his 2nd wife, TATIANA/DIANA ROGERS, was the stepdaughter of (CHIEF) JOHN BOWLES, SR.. This monument was erected to the memory of (CHIEF) BOWLES and the 600-800 elderly men, women, and children who made up the bulk of the fighting force and the majority of whom were killed.
