About Me

I.m happy sharing a smile, dance, concert, beer, shot, meal, ball game, card game, a walk in the park, coloring time between the lines, comfortable silence, walking distance, less than an arm's length, for real hugs and all the friends and family not only at the other end of a computer. instant messages are just consecutive monologues, not actual conversation. take time to make timeI love random acts of love and art, kinetic energy, selfless kindness, guiltlesspleasure, perspiration, inspiration, peace, goosebumps, belly laughs, buffets, communities, catharsis, and ears open to things that we are blind to in our everyday life. hear you out and i hear my own voice to stay tuned.:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) Click here to get Falling Objects :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) .. Television:

I'm sure that I'm gonna watch Twin Peaks and some of those old alfred Hitchcock shows again now that they are coming out all together in a DVD collection.Other than that, the parts of The Buying of the War I saw - the Bill Moyers PBS special- were really good, as well Ken Burns' The War.The Wire proves there ain't no good guys or bad guys - just ciecumstance, consequence, peace of mind and perspective.I am inexplicably distracted by Lost - though it is starting to make me feel like a rat in a cheeseless odyssey- i still say it is so purgatory....sorry, wrong homer.most of the time i watch something from Netflix that I rented or movies on Sundance or IFC,re-runs of Northern Exposure,Austin City Limits, Adult Swim or old cartoons (* see breakfast Club - Z Trip), the occasional boxing, wrestling or Pride or UFC fight,or the beginning part of Conan O' Brien or SportsCenter.

Currently reading "Massive Change" by Bruce Mau ******** Recent favorites - "Kafka on the Shore" by Haruki Murakami ( my favorite of his is " The Wind Up Bird Chronicle"),Cloud Atlas" and "Ghostwritten" by David Mitchell. a good junk read - "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime" by Mark Haddon", **********Other favorites - Dave Eggers, Zadie Smith, Jose Saramago, Raymond Carver, Don De Lillo, Charles Bukowski, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Carlos Castaneda, Thomas Pynchon, Kurt Vonnegut, Kenzaburo Oe, William Burroughs, David Foster Wallace, George Orwell, Toni Morrison, J.D.
