Shantaram.. Best book EVER !!! Stand by for the movie... Recently read A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry. Amazing writer, look forward to reading more by him. Enjoyed Paulina Simmons novels too. Mostly read non-fiction. Recently read The Ethics of What we eat by Peter Singer which is another brilliant book.
Plenty of people I admire. Don't know that i've got a hero as such.. Will keep pondering that one. Someone that moves me and touches me consistantly and that I have the utmost admiration for is Michael Franti. He speaks to my soul and without fail , I feel a little more faith in the world after one of his performances. I think he is doing great things in bringing about change and making people think in small ways.
