He began learning music on piano aged 7, then guitar (14) and finally bass at the grand old age of 19. ............................................................ ............................................................ .............. After a brief stay at Leeds College of Music in 2003 and some study with brilliant Hungarian bass player Zoltan Dekany (http://www.overwaterbasses.com/players3.htm), he began working on the professional circuit in central Scotland. ............................................................ ............................................................ .............. He has since worked with some of the top jazz musicians in Scotland including tenor sax player John Burgess and drummers Paul Mills and Sandro Ciancio.
