I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm 39 years old, have been married to the former Vicky Payne since March 30, 1996. Without God and Vicky, there would be no Dave! My goals are to be a good husband, son, uncle, great uncle, friend, and musician. Being a musician is NOT a character defect!

My Interests

Rock and roll, the beach, being with my wife, family time, gardening, and being with the band playing my heart out

I'd like to meet:

Jesus Christ (and thank Him for saving my soul!), Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Martin, Charlie Watts, Billy Graham, Peter Criss, Ritchie Blackmore, Ronnie James Dio, Ted Nugent, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, Tommy Lee, Phil Collins, Phil Rudd, and all four original members of Black Sabbath. I would also like to meet me again when I was 16 in 1985, and again at 24 in 1993, when I was depressed and tell him to cheer up and snap out of it! I would tell me back then that I have seen the future, and it is good!

Music:

Beatles, Rolling Stones, KISS, AC/DC, Black Sabbath (w/Ozzy), Deep Purple, Beach Boys, Badfinger, The Who, Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne (solo), Velvet Revolver, The Darkness, Rainbow (w/Dio), Buckcherry, Hinder, Chicago (love those horns), Cross Country Grass (Rest In Peace, Grandpa)

Movies:

It's A Wonderful Life, King Of Kings, Blazing Saddles, Animal House, A Hard Day's Night, Goldfinger, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, What Dreams May Come, Caddyshack, The Blues Brothers

Television:

Fox News, VH-1 Classic, John Hagee Today, Back To You, Family Guy, The Simpsons, Bugs Bunny , old Tex Avery cartoons, anything with Benny Hill, Monty Python or The Three Stooges

Books:

The Holy Bible, The Beatles Anthology, The Dirt, Without You (The Tragic Story Of Badfinger), Johnathan Livingston Seagull, Moon (The Life and Death of a Rock Legend), and the "Left Behind" series

Heroes:

Jesus Christ, Vicky Sams (she believed in me when nobody else did, or would), FDNY & NYPD, and the passengers of flight 93 (ALL The True Heroes Of 9/11/01), Rudy Guliani for keeping NYC together during 9/11/01 and displaying REAL Courage, LET'S ROLL!, Ronald Reagan, Winston Churchill, Jim Pogue, The Beatles, KISS, Randy Rhoads, Keith Moon, The Three Stooges, Tommy Lee, Chip Hullender, Jeff Brashears, Chuck Ingram, Mitch Marcello, and I look up to my family for inspiration (on both sides), and never forget the troops at home and overseas. If you treasure your freedom, thank a veteran! As the son and nephew of Vietnam Vets and the grandson of a World War II Vet, my love of freedom hits VERY close to home! God Bless America!
