I am 45 years old and happily married. I grew up in Valley Stream, N.Y. and married my childhood sweetheart. I have been pumping iron since the age of 14 and still continue to do so. I have a 16 year old son who is a Tae Kwon Do instructor, Lacrosse stud, guitar player, and honor student. I play Bass Guitar in a High Energy Cover band called "GRIP".
