I love doing everything that makes my heart pulse, makes me feel alive, keeps me in touch with mother earth and provides me with wonderful experiences and memories. My hobbies and recreational activities include camping, mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding (damn I miss those mountains!), skateboarding, sky diving, hiking, canoing-rafting-kayaking, high altitude alpine ascents (bagging fourteeners baby), attending music festivals and so forth. Basically anything that feels good at the time and the opportunity presents itself. The Maroon Bells outside of Aspen, Colorado where I lived as a snowboard bum for three years.. Probably the best three years I have had so far.. riding 100+ days at Aspen Mtn, Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands and Snowmass.. very good times indeed.. The above pictures are of a camping trip some great friends and I shared at Earthdaddie's campground at the Land Between the Lakes. Super good times!!The above gallery is a compilation of pictures from the last two music festivals that I attended. Bonnaroo 2006 in Manchester, TN and The Redwood festival at Shelly's farm in Hazel, KY. Beautiful and wonderful times.
I love to meet people who are happy and positive, who are down to earth but upbeat and outgoing, who can see the beauty that surrounds us everyday {yes, it is there, my friends}, who have dreams, who can discuss all matter of things, who loves our mother earth and wants to keep her well, who lives life to it's fullest, who have a deep love for nature and the environment, and most of all.. people who can love and embrace others regardless of race, religion, political beliefs, economic status, sexual orientation and personal lifestyles. So, welcome, my friend.. join me in the quest.. share your thoughts.. enjoy today.. and may you be blessed with peace and happiness.I am a dreamer, I know, but I hope I am not the only one.
