I have done a lot of studying about borderline personlality disorder for over a year. It had taken me a long time to understand this sersious illnness. It takes a long time to heal from the past and work through the BPD. Sometimes years of hard work, if your suffering from the illness you are in the right place. I'm going to DBT classes now to learn to learn new coping skills. How to deal with society and learn how to love myself.

I need to be set free from the bondage from the pain and rage within myself. I grew up from such a violent enviroment. I wont allow anyone else to hurt me anymore. I know how it feels to be in pain, and deal with this serious illness. There are times I will sit and cry, and wonder why was I ever brought into this cold dark world. I'm trying to deal with this pain inside, and want my wounds to heal.One day I will be set free from this bondage within me. The chains will be released and I'll be set free.
