So this is the part where I’m supposed to tell you a little bit about myself. If you want the long version, check out my website which is www.stephaniecorbin.com. I’ll keep it short and sweet here on myspace. So who am I? Well I’m a Kentucky girl who is obviously pursuing a singing career in the Country Music Industry. I play a little bit of piano, a little bit of guitar, but mostly play the mandolin. I’m also a songwriter who is constantly striving to take my writing to the next level. Well let me rephrase that, I’m constantly striving to take every aspect of being an artist to the next level. Its amazing how over the years, this town helps you develop leather skin if you know what I mean!!!I’m a sucker for traditional country music, honkytonks, whiskey, big trucks and tattoos. I’m a boots and blue jean girl who isn’t afraid to take chances or stand up for what I believe in. I guess that’s what happens when you grow up with two older brothers. They’ve toughened me up that’s for sure.I have a great band backing me. The name of our band is, “Stephanie Corbin & 42 Southâ€. These guys are my backbone and I don’t know where I’d be without them. I’ve learned a lot from all of them but mainly I’ve learned that the most important thing about music is to have fun with it and to not take it too serious.So there you go!!!
