About Me

I'm Good! Not your average yuppie cowboy, more of a conservative renaissance hillbilly with overtones of comedic relief.
I have been playing and writing since age 12 when music was, for me, a refuge and and means of expression that was just pure fun, and still is. I cherish the memories of pulling the guitars with family and friends. It was part of growing up, part of life. Music soothes the soul, heals, uplifts and unites us with melodies and messages that are individual and at the same time, universal.
I grew up in a family that was involved in the music business. I discovered that If I played sick as a kid Mom would have to take me to work with her. Often that meant winding up in a studio somewhere. I fell in love with the music blasting from those monitors. I also fell in love with the people who make that music. To all you artists and writers out there - Hat's off to ya! We are a special gift to the world. The power infused into our artform is humbling. Who hasn't loved a song that stirred a precious memory, magnified an emotion, or changed their life.
Whoever you may be, visiting my space, Thank You!!. I do hope you enjoy the songs you hear. I also hope you take just a moment and realized that the songs you hear, that you've loved and played, were written by someone who dedicated their lives to this art. They've endured much to deliver a 3 minute tune that brought you a moments pleasure. It's only becuase they invested decades of their lives and sacrificed greatly to master this art of song writing that they developed the skill to produce it. BUY MUSIC, don't download it for free. That 12 cents or so that they wind up with says I appreciate your hard work and dedication. It's certainly cheaper than a Starbucks coffee which lasts ten minutes than for a song that may last a lifetime in your heart.
Hug a song writer!
Love You!
