Milner and Evans Entertainment Group is an artist development company designed for new and former artist to enhance in areas that need improvement. We successfully provide a learning environment for recording artist willing to perfect their talent and create an image. M.E. Entertainment is dedicated to our clients and possess the ability to help each artist grow and gain proper marketability within the music industry. As former A&R interns from two prominent major record labels in the music industry, we have acquired knowledgeable information and on-hand experience that allows us the ability to fufill the needs of our clients.What is artist development? Why is it important? Artist development is the matter of creating and consistently maintaining a clear and honest image. You want your target audience to connect with you and your music through your presentation both physically and mentally. How you present yourself will make or break you in the industry. There was once a time when record labels committed themselves to developing their recording artists. Today, it continues to become more unlikely that you will find a record label that is committed to this aspect of the recording artist. When a major label decides to sign a new artist or group, they presume the act has sufficient musical and performance talent. Nowadays the artist is expected to be ready for the big time before signing to a major label.What services are available in the artist developmental process? We provide vocal and dance training, stage performance coaching, styling and image consulting, physical training, public speaking, and mentoring.Are the services available seperately? Yes, these services are available seperately. However, we want our clients to take advantage of the services they feel are most important to their success as a performing artist.What is your goal for each recording artist you develop? Our main goal is to help career-driven artist conceive professional and qualitative development by grasping the information, advice, and support received.
