I am whole, perfect, vibrant and secure,
the centre and source of my being,
eternal and all powerful.From me radiates the love of humanity,
the security of knowing that I am and always will be.Within me there resides the jewel of consciousness,
more powerful and more radiant than the sun,
brighter than earthly light and with infinite knowledge.I must treasure and care for the temporal body garment
of this wonderful jewel
so that it may shine forth in all its glory
for all to know.I know that I am loved always,
on this plane and beyond, and am secure in that knowledge,
never doubting that this love is mine forever.My mind is serene, for I know that I am eternal spirit,
progressing ever towards the Light, through many lifetimes,
in this and other worlds.I know that this inner shining light
can brighten the way for all wherever I go.
I will radiate it with love and peace,
knowing that it is from our Divine Creator,
the substance and inspiration of all living matter,
