From within the womb of her Mother, Lorraine's first enchantment with music began, Her father was a composer, & saxaphonist for an Afro-Jazz-Fusion Band - and played to lively African audiences. She was destined to follow in his footsteps as he filled their home with the sounds of music, music & nothing but music .At 7, Lorraine loved to sing in the choir, and was teased in the music class for being the teacher’s “petâ€. From 8 she competed annually in short story and poetry contests and won many awards for best artist in her age-catagory. At 15 she was composing her own blend of poetry & music, singing with a teenage band in friend’s garage. Her music today can be summed up in two words “heartfelt vibesâ€. Her songs are inspired from life’s complexities, diversities, and celebrations, based on personal experiences.Lorraine’s stage presence is “electrifying" This is only the beginning of her journey.
