CORNERSTONE is a Danish band with ex-members of ROYAL HUNT, WUTHERING HEIGHTS and MIKE TRAMP plus vocalist DOOGIE WHITE (UK),known from the highly succesful "Stranger in us all", RAINBOW's last album and known for being in YNGWIE MALMSTEEN's band since 2001!

*Cornerstone is one hell of a band, fantastic musicians and the new cd is great craftmannship. You know what you get from them allways great stuff.
*I was a tad disappointed with Cornerstone's last album, "Once Upon our Yesterdays", where the band had gone for a slightly more modern sound a la Royal Hunt. I preferred the wonderful Deep Purple/Rainbow vibe of its predecessor "Human Stain". It was with some trepidation, therefore, that I bunged "Two Tales of One Tomorrow" into my CD player. Two minutes later I was grinning from ear to ear. That whole retro 70s groove is back with a vengeance - and as an original 70s rocker that's a big plus for this aged reviewer! Great songs throughout, but I'd have to agree with Dark Bronson that "Mother of Mercy" is a corker - sounds like a long-lost 70s classic. Easily as good as "Human Stain", this is a cracking release. What a shame that rock songs of this quality remain undiscovered by the masses.

*A blistering album, make no mistake. A major highlight of the year so far, and a definite "must have" for anyone who nods at any of the references in the main review or those from Wolf and rkblues. Great stuff.....!!
*another great CD by Cornerstone...if you into Rainbow, JLT & Purple type stuff this is right up your alley...great vocals...good songs...and a very nice production. Very vintage classic rock sound on this CD. If you like their other CD's you can buy this blind.
*Their best yet , a smouldering mix of classic hard rock and great song's , can only make us the listener the winner . Doogie White is superb and the track's are wonderful from the melodic Starlight and Mystery to the brooding Mother Of Mercy and everything in -between . Just buy and enjoy , nuff said .
