What I love more than anything else is writing. After writing, I'd have to say reading and after reading, it would be, in no particular order, movies, country music, chocolate, video games, driving, and people watching. Also, I've participated in - NaNoWriMo - since 2004.
I would love to meet Miranda Lambert as she has one of the rawest and most beautiful voices to come out of Nashville in many years. She blows me away. I'd also like to meet my favorite author, TC Boyle . Three of his books, World's End , The Tortilla Curtain , and Budding Prospects , are on my all time favorite list for contemporary fiction. I think it would be fascinating to meet President Bill Clinton as well. He took a lot of slack for his sexual indiscretion, which I don't condone, but he also managed a lot of positive achievements. I would also like to meet the prettiest girl I've ever seen, Elisha Cuthbert .
Country. I can listen to anything but I prefer country above all else. I've written thirteen songs my self. I haven't sold any of them yet, but I keep plugging away. Don't be surprised to hear something by me before too long.
Give me a good comedy or a cheezy chick flick and I'm good. I like action movies too, but make me laugh or touch my heart and you've won me over.
I don't watch television hardly at all anymore. I do like Scrubs and The Apprentice . Oh, and I do sometimes watch The Daily Show With Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report . Otherwise, there isn't anything on the tube that can grab my interest like creating my own fiction, reading a book, or playing a video game.

I have a lot of heroes. I guess my greatest hero from history would be Ben Franklin. He wasn't afraid to stand up for what he believed in and he worked hard and made a respected name for himself. Now, for more modern heroes, I guess I would have to list my dad, my mom, Helen Keller, Martin Luther King Jr., and anyone else who stood or stands up for what they believe in rather than go with the crowd.
