I have 40 songs written but by the age of 35 life caught up with me and I wasn't a rock star yet so I jumped ship and began my own business.. At 21 I moved to Barcelona for a year and Paris for 6 months with $500 to live. There I learned spanish, did commercials as a print model and posed nude for art schools all over barcelona. I had my first real relationship with a beautiful woman name Veronika. She was a translator who spoke English, Catalan, Spansih, Italian, French and was learning to speak Russian. God those were fun carefree days. After a year in Barcelona, in August, I went to Greece to live and model. I was told by a photographer in Barcelona that I would do better as a model there. My plan was to move to Greece for a year and build my book. After that I would move to New York City and take the world by the throat. But my father got very ill and almost died. He was a diabetic. He didn't die though. So I moved back to Los Angeles........gee what a hard time I had. I hung out and did what 20 somethings do. In 93 I moved to New York for a year. That was another great year. It topped the year I went to Barcelona. But I came back to Los Angeles a year later for love. That didn't work out so I moved back to New York with $250 dollars and I worked it. I lived in Manhattan for 8 years and I worked as a cater/waiter and a real estate agent for 5 years. I played my music, played at CBGB's Gallery on Bowery St. in the East Village and other venues in Manhattan. I went to school at CCNY and got my bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. At 29 I met my now wife and we've been together for 9 year and married for 4 years. We have an angel named Jacqleen Jewel Calloway. She'll be a year old on December 2nd. We moved to Boston for 2 or 3 years because my wife got her masters in English Literature at Harvard. There I sold electricity contracts for 2 years. I was crushing it but the market fell out because Russia glutted the oil market with cheap oil which ruined the Boston market. Plus, I worked indirectly for Enron......I don't need to say more. After that we move back to Los Angeles because my wife wanted to work as a writer in films. When we got back here my wife took a job as an assistant at a finance firm to pay the bills and I got various sales jobs. We both went with what we knew becaus we were in a lot of debt. Eventually the writing thing my wife wanted to do was just too much. After about a year back in Los Angeles the doctor said I had a tumor in my inner ear. For a year my right side of my face was clogged up and I couldn't sing. I had a 9 hour operation which got rid of the tumor but it also got rid of 2 1/2 of my 3 hearing bones. The tumor is what really pushed me out of music. Finally after like 2-3 years I'm getting my hearing back and the clogged sensation in my nose and ear is going away so I think I might be able to get back into singing pretty soon. My father died about 2 years ago. Finally I got sick of working for da man and I started my own corporation and business called BarTime. It's been going strong for 3 years now. What a relief after worrying about money the majority of my life......I don't have to worry about money anymore. I'm going to get a Mercedes in about 3 months."BEFORE YOU DEPEND ON SOMEONE ELSE SEE HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO DEPEND ON YOURSELF"

Richards & The N' Word

The N' word.  I know that a lot of people use a derivative of this word and in this day and age the word "nigga" which is a term of endearment amongst many Americans of Africa...
