Bored of standing around the same indie dump, can of overpriced and tepid Norweigian lager in hand, listening to that chart-shagging anthem for the 402nd time this week?
Fortunately, a new dawn is upon us. ‘Shot By Both Sides’ is London's latest and most ludicrously thrilling club night. The next all-action blowout is set for Friday 30th May at The Windmill in Brixton, with another spektakular soireé promised.
This rabble-rousing affray has one goal: to unite the disparate hoards with a selection of pickled musical delights, which range from the 'fantastic' to the downright 'keck-soiling'. You will not be bombarded with shoddy b-sides or ‘experimental’ remixes, yet neither will you hear the same identikit guff peddled by a million London indie haunts.
Imagine, if you will, a kaleidoscopic house party held by drunk pomposity-free musos – and try not to scarper in fear.
This raucous free-for-all will be topped-off by the most groin-grabbingly sublime bands around.
