About Me

Section 5: Harassment, alarm or distress

A person is guilty of an offence if heâ€”

(a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or

(b) displays any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting,

within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.

You are hereby summoned to appear on 20TH NOVEMBER 2008 from 8PM ONWARDS before the co-operative of SECTION FIVE sitting at AMERSHAM ARMS NEW CROSS SE14. If you do not appear you will be proceeded against as if you had appeared, and will be dealt with according to the law.
