I know it's been a while and I've been promising my new tracks for like almost a year, but believe me, it aint easy being mommy, wife, employee and singer; So thanks for being patient and waiting. Your favorite Mz'Z is doing her thing in that lab and you won't be disappointed when you hear. I'm doing all of this on original tracks made by my ONE & ONLY producer and beatmaker: THE MINICAN TONE. How Mz'Z TaMaRa got started with the muzik thing:
I was born and raised in Ohio and still reside here, although not to my liking. I started loving muzik since my memory can go back that far.
Growing up in the 80's, I have acquired all tastes for muzik. Anything from Run DMC to DuranDuran I would listen to it just to have that muzik experience. I grew up in the church and around nothing but muzik heads in my family, so I would have to say, I just can't get enough of it. I discovered my voice at the age of 8 years old and only has gotten better with time. NO, I am not Mary J., Whitney or even Patty, but believe me, I'm sure no Ciera, Cassie or just about everyone in the singing bizz (cuz most of them can't sing) I feel I have a very good, soulful listening voice.
PERSONEL STUFF: Of course, I am a mommy of five kids and a wife of 10 years. (Don't think you know how old I am) I love to sing and I love to entertain but I am so disappointed in the route that muzik has taken that I don't listen to too much of today's (the 2000's era) muzik. I feel it is such a shame that you have to LOOK better than you SING!! What kind of shit is that? When the hell did that happen?
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my singing and even if you don't, I hope my songs and lyrics will at least touch you. I am very poetic and believe in the power of words and muzik. So to all that are with me in the struggle to get back our REAL MUZIK, let's keep supporting each other and let's rise together.
