Channel 4 news , Feel very guilty at the moment, news is so bad don't want to watch it, I think it's called burying your head in the sand.Lost - but really behind and have lost the plot, must concentrate more...actually what I need to do is watch the episodes I've missed, sky plus is brilliant but means I always think "oh yes I'll watch that tomorrow..."
