DOUBLE TROUBLE ITALIAN BIOGRAPHY: Band tributo ai Lynyrd Skynyrd. L’obiettivo è quello di far rivivere i suoni e le immagini della storica Band di Jacksonville,che,insieme agli Allman Brothers ha contribuito in maniera decisiva alla nascita e allo sviluppo del così detto rock sudista. La fusione di rock’n’roll, blues e country, crea le sfumature di un rock aggressivo, ma che sa sciogliersi in stupende ballate, ed assoli interminabili di chitarre... Il progetto Double Trouble nasce nel Luglio 2005 grazie all’iniziativa del chitarrista Beppe Caroli e del cantante Luca Paterniti. Entrambi appassionati di Southern Rock, ma con una particolare passione per i Lynyrd Skynyrd, i due fanno la loro conoscenza nel marzo del 2004 durante un concerto Rock in un locale del pavese. Il repertorio proposto dalla band quella sera era esclusivamente Southern e pertanto il clima diventò subito amichevole, all’insegna del buon rock e della buona birra. Beppe e Luca cominciarono a chiaccherare a proposito dei loro progetti musicali ed è subito evidente l’intenzione comune di formare una band di tributo ai leggendari Lynyrd Skynyrd. Luca aveva contattato circa un anno prima anche un’altro chitarrista, Diego “Bluff” Dragoni, cresciuto, grazie al padre, a pane e Lynyrd Skynyrd, ma le difficoltà nel reclutare altri musicisti purtroppo, non aiutarono il cantante lodigiano a finalizzare il progetto. Beppe aveva diversi contatti con musicisti Southern del pavese e del milanese, ma ciò nonostante, nessuno di essi era del tutto convinto di fare parte del progetto. Al termine di quella serata i due decidono di risentirsi per discutere dell’iniziativa in modo più concreto. Purtroppo però, il tasso alcolico nel corpo è troppo elevato e così accade che nessuno dei due memorizza correttamente i numeri di telefono quindi…….. Niente da fare…. non c’è modo di contattarsi. Trascorre poco più di un anno e………ironia della sorte!! Durante il concerto italiano dei Gov’t Mule a Milano, i due Southern men si incontrano nuovamente in modo casuale, ma questa volta però è tutta un'altra storia. Con Beppe c’e l’amico Cristian Borgese , batterista dal tocco anni ottanta, letteralmente impazzito per i Lynyrd Skynyrd,e pronto a tuffarsi in questa nuova esperienza. Luca ricontatta “Bluff”, che non esita un solo istante ad accettare l’invito. Poco dopo si unisce alla band il bassista milanese Adalberto Rizzoli , con il quale si chiude il primo nucleo originale della band. Nessuno dei ragazzi si conosceva musicalmente e nessuno aveva mai suonato insieme prima di allora se si escludono Beppe e Cristian, amici di lunga data. Ci si accorda per la preparazione di sette brani, quindi, venne fissata una prova. Fu come una magia….. I ragazzi trovarono subito un incredibile sintonia, tanto che al termine delle prove tutti rimasero molto sorpresi ed entusiasti nello stesso tempo. Erano nati i DOUBLE TROUBLE. Poco più tardi Adalbetro Rizzoli lascia e dopo una serie di contatti, è Gregorio Cordaro a diventare il Leon Wilkenson della situazione e ad entrare in pianta stabile nella band. Luca riesce a coinvolgere nell’iniziativa anche l’amica Elisa Paganelli giovane di grande talento e dotata di una splendida voce, che accetta di fare da supporto vocale al gruppo. *Poco dopo è la volta della cantante Daniela Benzoni. Proveniente da un coro Gospel del Milanese, Daniela va a completare con Elisa la sezione cori. Nel Dicembre 2006, l’ingresso nella band del pianista-tastierista Alessandro “Aaron J.” Papa è la ciliegina sulla torta. Pianista dal gusto Southern, amante degli Allman Brothers Alessandro si rivela subito un innesto determinante. (E’ difficile immaginare una band di tributo ai Lynyrd Skynyrd senza le melodie del pianoforte). I Double Trouble oltre ai concerti, continuano a lavorare per ampliare il repertorio, migliorarsi e proporsi anche con brani originali,con la speranza di poter rendere omaggio, nel migliore dei modi a una delle più grandi Rock Band di tutti i tempi.Fly high….free bird!

The project of Double Trouble is born in the July 2005 thanks to the initiative of the guitar player Beppe Caroli and the singer Luca Paterniti. Both get passion of Southern Rock, but with a particular passion for the Lynyrd Skynyrd, the two make their acquaintance in March of 2004 during a Rock concert in Pavia. The repertory proposed from band that evening was exclusively Southern and therefore the climate became endured friendly, to the standard of the good ones rock and the good beer. Beppe and Luca began to chat on purpose of their musical plans and are endured obvious the intention common to form a band of the leggendary of Lynyrd Skynyrd. Luca had contacted approximately a year before also an other chitarrista, Diego ..Bluff.. Dragoni, grown, thanks to the father, bread and Lynyrd Skynyrd, but the difficulties in recruiting other musicians unfortunately, did not help the lonely singer to finalize the plan. Beppe had various contacts with Southern musicians, but that although, nobody of they completely was convinced to make part of the plan. To the term of that evening the two decide of recall in order to discuss about the initiative in more concrete way. Unfortunately but, the alcoholic rate in the body too much is elevated and therefore happens that nobody of the two memory correctly the telephone numbers therefore ........ Nothing to make... not there is way to contact itself. It passes little more than a year and during the Italian concert of the Gov' t Mule in Milan, the two men is met newly in accidental way, but this time but is all an other history. With Beppe there and the friend Cristian Borgese, drummer from the touch years eighty, literally driven crazy for the Lynyrd Skynyrd, and ready to dive itself in this new experience. Luke recall ..Bluff.., than does not hesitate a single moment to accept invites it. Little after Adalberto joins to band from Milan bass man Rizzoli, with which the first nucleus is closed originates them of the band. Nobody of the boys was known musically and nobody had never played with before then if Beppe and Christian are excluded, friends of long date. It is come to an agreement to us for the preparation of seven parts, therefore, it came fixed a test. It was like one magic ..... The boys found endured an incredible tuning, a lot that to the term of the tests all remained many enthusiastic surprises at the same time and. DOUBLE TROUBLE were been born. Little later Adalbetro Rizzoli leaves and after a series of contacts, he is Gregorio Cordaro to become the Leon Wilkenson of the situation and to enter in stable plant in the band. Luca succeeds to be involved in the initiative also the friend Elisa Paganelli young of great talent and equipped of one splendid voice for vocal support. Shortly afterwards, it is the time of the singer Daniela Benzoni. Coming from a Gospel chorus of Milan , Daniela goes to complete with Elisa the choruses section. In December 2006, to join in the Band the pianist Alessandro "Aaron J." Papa. Pianist with the Southern taste, lover of the Allman Brothers, Alessandro is revealed immediately a determining graft. (is very difficult to imagine a Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band without the melodie of the piano). The Double Trouble beyond to the concerts, continues to work for to widen the repertory’s songs, to improve themselves and to play also original’s songs, with the hope of being able to pay the proper homage, to one of the best Rock’n Roll Bands of all the times.
