About Me

Matthew began playing the guitar at 15. After several weeks of noodling, it was obvious that music would forever be a major part of his life. He has been performing live since he was 18 with various rock and jazz outfits, as well as studied jazz and classical guitar at the University of Pittsburgh. Also trained with the piano, Matthew likes to add piano accompaniments and keyboard textures ranging from the symphonic to the sounds of a creaking door being closed unexpectedly, perhaps to start a new chapter in an arrangement or just for the hell of it, in his compositions.
"Progression" is Matthew's first solo instrumental release. Written, performed, recorded and produced by Matthew Pugliese, this album is the first of many rock n roll journeys to come. Enjoy the ride...
Just added"Anticipation" and "Divided States" for everyone to hear from the album "PROGRESSION". Please add a comment to my page if you like what you hear and thank you for your support.
"PROGRESSION" IS AVAILABLE AT CDBaby.
