Sacred is an aspiring M.C. from West London, who delivers thought provoking lyrics, addressing the many issues of day to day life. In the late eighties Sacred grew up listening to rare groove and soul and was introduced to hip hop by his brothers, listening to artists such as N.W.A., A Tribe Called Quest, and Gangstarr who in time inspired him to start writing lyrics.
Growing up as a child his mother pushed him into the direction of performing arts such as, dance classes and acting. Instead he took an interest in art which was his natural talent from a early age, and went on to college to study art and design for three years.
In 1995 he was in a group called the Dungeoneers, but the group split up due to creative differences, and each member decided to pursue solo careers. Now a solo artist sacred has collaborated with many up and coming artists such as; Jnr Sas, Ammon da revolution, Scottie StormTrupa , United Kings , No Apologies , Doom-Man and has also featured on a compilation cd called "The avant garde" due for release in the near future, also look out The Final Analysis Mixtape. His LP 'A Beautiful Mind' deals with the negative and positve aspects of life, over beats tailor made to suit his own individual style.
With a distinctive voice and creative rhymes, Sacred is one of the lyricists to look out for in 2007, bringing the traditional sound of hip hop music in its purist form.
