Here is my, small black box, filled with hurt, sent by you (Gary Numan ~ Pressure)

About Me

Now in fortieth year~feel no different~a little wiser, perhaps.
Married to a lovely girl~live in a quieter part of the Country~suits me fine~dislike built-up areas and crowds.
Humans have generated a 'rat race' for themselves in which to live~at once amusing, inherently sad, quite pointless~I want no part of it.
We are all rushing around aimlessly at top speed~we know not where we are going, what we search for or what we want~what we get brings us little happiness, just more problems~we are insane.
This is not my time, my world, or my life~i have no idea how i got here, what my purpose is, or where i'm going~i'll do my best while i'm here.
Chavs and hoodies have no place in this life~the thugs that roam our streets in pursuit of violent satisfaction serve no purpose~I dislike them intensely~I wish i were an eraser, then i would erase them all.
How sad that everything has to remain in balance~to find good you have to have evil to measure it against~life is flawed.
Religion~Politics~Big Business~There is no difference~they are one and the same~they all stink~I want no part in them.
People should acknowledge the difference between 'belief' and 'religion'~belief in a higher power and a heaven is pure~religion is not pure~religion is a human perversion~so obvious~so why can we all not se that?
If I were God I'd get rid of them all~they serve no purpose.
I love the world we live in~such a wonderful and diverse place~so much variety~I love all the good that people can do~I love art, literature, music~three things that bring us closer to heaven.
Are we the product of a God or evolution? Perhaps. I keep an open mind~I will be very surprised if there is not a grand designer of all things.

My Interests

love music - mostly Gary Numan and John Foxx~like an awful lot of other stuff~very varied~too much to list

reading books - science fiction, some horror, fiction, history, factual, biographies, mystery; A favourite recently has been Brian Lumley and the Vampire World series, as well as the Necroscope books - briliant stuff.

(very) amateur photography - although i've got a tripod now and I'm going to experiment with more abstract stuff;

surfing the Web; learning guitar~better than i was, but still not very good~DIY~cars~love Ford grandas, scorpios, capris~observing people - you see some strange characters in films and you think...no, there couldn't possibly be anyone like that out there. Then you go shopping to your local Tesco, and lo and behold there's someone who could have walked straight out of a movie.

I'd like to meet:

I have met Gary Numan~a god~would like to meet John Foxx in the near future~another god.

I'd like to meet Jodie Foster~she is just wonderful~Albert Einstein~perhaps he could throw some light on what it all means.

Toyah Wilcox~stunning woman~Siouxsie and the Banshees~a real Vulcan~i like pointed ears on women, so a genuine TPol would be~like heaven~Dracula, because he would be cool if he was real~God Himself, so he could remake me in the image i want.
