About Me

Michael Wallies started playing records known as “REPEATBEAT” a couple of years ago in Leipzig/ Germany. Since late 2004 he is also broadcasting his own radio-show called "bleep hop" via the independent radio station “Radio Blau”, where he introduces a great variety of eclectic music to his audience. It’s all about amazing, mostly electronic music. - Style doesn´t matter. Besides, he is working as a freelancer for the reputable German magazine for electronic music and lifestyle DE:BUG -magazine.
In his dj-sets and radio-shows he tries to keep the ideas of John Peel alive. "Its all about exciting music, you haven´t heard before."

GUZ aka Oliver Maurmann - der singende Tontechniker aus Schaffhausen- kommt in die Moritzbastei. Wären die aus ungewöhnlichen Blickwinkeln erzählten Texte und die grandiose Musik, deren Wurzeln im Blues, Rock n Roll und Punk liegen, nicht schon Grund genug, dann eben die Tatsache, dass GUZ ein neues Album aufgenommen hat. Eben jenes erscheint gerade auf dem Münchener Traditionslabel Trikont. Die Namenfindung hat wieder die Marketingexperten wochenlang schwitzen lassen: es hört auf den Claim „Mein Name ist Guz“.
