Recently read......Flapper, a great GREAT book about the Jazz Age, touching mostly on fashion but also on how technology, society, advertising & entertainment influenced it. Also recently read, Mommy Dressing.....a sad but fascinating autobiography of the daughter of Jo Copeland, the American fashion designer. Anything I can learn about fashion history from, Bukowski, Dashiell Hammet, Vonnegut, Shel Silverstein......
