"We're out to destroy you and we'll cut you down"

About Me

I grew up in GreenEville, TN and began playing drums at age 14. I played my first show in front of my 8th grade class in 1983. As a teen I was in several local bands including: Strychnine and Love n' War, both of which released EP's regionally. At age 21, I moved to Hollywood, CA to join a pop metal band called Love or Money. Love or Money was voted one of the top 12 unsigned bands in Hollywood according to Jessica Black Photography and were featured in the 1991 Rockfollio Calender. While in Hollywood, I studied jazz drumming for a short time and and sat in with a pop-country band called, John Buck and The Casual T's. After a 4 song EP and several shows on the strip it was time to forge on. In 1995 I found myself in Chapel Hill, NC playing the local circuit in a band called Blackberry. After a couple of EP's and a move to Nashville the duo split in 2000. While playing in Blackberry, I attended Belmont University where I received a BA in business/music business in 2001. Since then I began to get back to my musical roots and started playing hard rock and metal once again. In 2002 I co founded Sins of Memory a Nashville, TN metal/hardcore band. After 4 years of shows, an EP entitled "Original Sin" and more recently, another 3 song recording, it was time to move on to the next musical stage in my life, becoming the new drummer for the Nashville based metal band Piranah.I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!
