ZF for Life

About Me

ZeroFixx has begun booking tour dates for 2008 so make sure to check here often for updates to the bands schedule. We are looking to put street teams together, so if your interested, click on the link below, fill out the survey, and we'll welcome you into the Inner Circle of the Metal Mob. We are doing the annual "Ogdog B-day bash" at JC's again this year, so bring your Jager drinking beer guts and get ready for a wicked awesome good time. We are also planning the annual Riverfest / Coors light party for May 17th, but the venue is unclear at this point - we are hoping to do it at Emerson's again, but with the remodel currently happening, we aren't sure if it will work out or not. We will have one or two shows in March, and many more yet to be announced so get your moshing boots shined and ready!
The band would like to welcome the two newest members of ZeroFixx to the "Family" - Ted on 2nd guitar and Dave on Bass. Click on their pictures, add them as your new best friends, and help make them feel welcome!
Believe it or not, ZF for Life is how we live our lives, and its in that spirit we want to make sure all ZeroFixx fans are informed about all members of the ZeroFixx family, not just those currently performing in the band. Big Mike or "Michael Gigantor" is enjoying his role as bass player in Seasons After, and they have some good things going on, so make sure to show him (and them) some love. Scary Jon and his band Brutalreign are rounding into form, having played a "brutal" schedule over this past year. They have added a 2nd guitar player and if you have't had a chance yet to see them live, check it out!!! Scary Jon traded in his DJ gear for a microphone and he makes a damn good front man! LJ or little Jon is doing good, working all of the time and trying to raise two children with is wife... where do you find time to play when you and your wife both work, and you have two young children at home? When we can, we plan on dragging his butt out to some shows, and we might just get him up on stage for a song or two - so if you know LJ, drag him out to a show this year. Torance or "T-baggs" recently stepped down as lead singer of Hollow Inside, and word is life's responsibilities caught another talented individual, and he just didn't have time to commit to music full time anymore - the scene is better with him in it, and we hope he can make a return at some point in the future. James Dean or "Jim" as we knew him by, is doing very well with his band Alien8. They have some great sounding music and word is they are getting some serious love from Record companies so we're glad he is enjoying the fruits of his labors, and we are all pulling for them to get signed! Finally, Curtis or "the chosen one" finally picked up his guitar again and put together Skinny - they have some great music so make sure to check them out. We've tried to add all of the projects that have sprung from the ZeroFixx tree to our top friends to make it easier for ZF fans to check in on sideprojects and former members bands - so don't be shy - explore!

ZeroFixx is a 5 piece hard rock band based out of Wichita, KS. Originating in the year 2002, ZeroFixx took the Midwest music scene by storm in the summer of 2003 with high energy performances that left most slack jawed. April of 2004 brought the release of their first full length retail CD titled Hate, Fear, Love, Lust, which to date has sold more than 4000 copies nationwide. In just that short two year time span, ZeroFixx managed to gain national sponsorship from Budweiser, Red Bull, and Sock Guy, as well as local support from Wichita area music stores Uhlik Music, and Midwest Drum and Percussion.

ZeroFixx has amassed an impressive resume to date, touring throughout the Midwest and sharing the stage with national artists such as Bobaflex, Agents of the Sun, Hawthorne Heights, S.O.R.E., Vampire Moose, Mower, and most recently Revery.

In 2006, ZeroFixx signed on with the Coors family of products, and renewed their commitments with Red Bull and Sock Guy as well. October of 2006 brought a second release on Hold Up records entitled "Metamorphosis" - a 4 song EP that "sent a clear signal ZeroFixx was back with a vengence." Since the release, ZeroFixx has toured extensively in support of the EP, covering markets in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, and Colorado.

No longer the 7 piece band that began the journey in 2002, ZeroFixx has trimmed down their line up and turned up their music. With a heavier edge, and more mature song writing, ZeroFixx is poised to bring their high energy music and electric stage performance to their ever-growing fan base.
