About Me

I samband med att jag startade den digitala ï¿½tervinningscentralen - Punktjafs december 1996 skapades alter egot Farbror Punk. Detta mest fï¿½r att kunna fritt raljera kring punk och alkohol. Karaktï¿½ren snoddes av min namne - Joakim Von Anka idealismens antites. 10 ï¿½r senare har jag dokumenterat i runda slï¿½ngar 220 -talet gamla svenska punkband. Frï¿½n The Ass till WC (kunde inte motsï¿½ den billiga vitsen.) Jag har ,med assistans, tï¿½ckt upp stï¿½der som Gï¿½vle, Kristinehamn, Jï¿½nkï¿½ping och ï¿½rebro. Men ï¿½ndï¿½ ï¿½r detta en brï¿½kdel av all svensk punk ï¿½ren 77-82. Sï¿½ jag vill sï¿½klart ha hjï¿½lp att tï¿½cka in resterande.

Well my alter ego Farbror Punk thats Uncle punk, was born ten years ago when I founded Punktjafs. A site I started to recycle old swedish punk 77-82. Back in those days there was nothing on the Internet about bands like: Grisen Skriker, The Pain, Rude Kids, P.F Commando, The Ass, Liket Lever, GLO, GBG Sound and so on. Tha charachter was kidnapped from Disney (or is that Dis-ney as in Discharge..*smirk*) because Disney sues the crap out of all illegal use of their profitable characters. Anyway here in Sweden we had a case about Arne Anka (duck) and Disney said it was bootleg use of this sarcastic heavy drinking duck. So for a short while Arne became more of a rooster insted of a dock. Until the writer said screw U to Disney and Arne walked into a store an bought a false beak attached it with a string and voila: Disney couldnt do shit. So i figured out Ill do something similar. And Uncle Scrooge is a capitalsit pig!??! ..duck. So it was quite ironic to let him be a real punk.Well ten years on no words from Disney and Punktjafs is still covering the early swedish punk scene. And as an extra service to the visitors there are many rare MP3s to download. All with the blessing from the bands.
