Fast tracks and great plans don't always ensure an arrival at where you'd envisioned. I was on my way to being independently successfull in many ways. My goals remain very similar, just augmented really by the hand dealt me. I still plan to pursue audio engineering. After being diagnosed with SLE, commonly called Lupus, my life has taken a dramatically different yet wonderfull transformation. SLE is an autoimmune disorder in which my system attacks itself as if it were a foriegn infection. Every case is different, mine has attacked my Central Nervous System (CNS), all joints, Kidneys, vascular system, lungs and Heart. We can't predict where it will attack, for how long or what damage will be gifted to me permanently.Because of this wonderfully devistating disease I have been given an opportunity to experience life differently. I've adjusted lifestyle and timelines. I've discovered talents that I never dreamed would be mine.Never crossed my mind to be a housewife, but that I am. Married to someone extraordinary, who saw the harshest side of SLE and stood firm with me. ..
