UnderScorE grew up in Salerno, Campania (Southern Italy) in 2003 as a rock covers band.
In summer 2004 the band began composing its own songs and decided to make this activity the only mission of the project.
In April 2006 UnderScorE gave a new interpretation to their project experimenting a more characterizing and original sound based on a singular "guitarists-free" line up.
The band is quite popoular in the Campania region for its gigs in clubs, festivals and various events and for the widely beloved tracks from the autoproduced demo recorded in spring 2005.
The UnderScorE project is meant to offer to the italian rock scenario a distinctive style driven melodic rock merged with various influences (see "Influences" paragraph on the left).
