It all began in April 2003. During one of booze-drinking meetings in a dark'n'grim forest two guitarists: Krzysiek (of Fall-Out) and Jarek decided that it'd be a great fun to play covers of some classic death metal bands (Dismember, At The Gates, Tiamat) just to kill time. Because playing these songs using only two guitars seemed clueless, guys asked drummer Loki (of Fall-out, exHellfire) to join them. During next two months they jammed together in Loki's basement located in Warsaw's suburbia. The same basement served as a rehearsal place for two other musicians - Sore and Dziko. During polish Przystanek Woodstock festival in 2003 Sore (vocals) and Dziko (bass) decided to join Krzysiek, Jarek and Loki - thus the band was formed. The first rehearsal of extended line-up took place in November, after that guys decided to fire Loki and enlist Bartek, a drummer for Conqueror. Three months of rehearsing later, crew grew tired of playing other bands songs they began to write their own material. In the summer of 2004 band had four own songs, the next two were in making. Next thing was to set a bands name - it was a hard decision which almost caused fist-fight ;). Finally, Sore suggested name HOSTILE and everybody agreed. The first Hostile's gig took place on November 13th, 2004 - band played as a support for Totem and... Decapitated in famous Warsaw's rock and metal venue Progresja Club. In February 2005 Jarek decided to leave the band (because of musical differences), but few months later he came back to back up the guys at concerts (yet they're still looking for a full-time bassist!). In the meantime, Dziko switched from bass to a guitar. In April 2005 Hostile attempted to record their first demo but some unbelievable circumstances (you wouldn't belive how unbelievable they were...) fucked everything up. Finally, exactly a year later, Hostile recorded first demo - three tracks of full-blown death/thrash/core in vein of Slayer, Demolition Hammer, At The Gates and The Haunted. But there's more to come...
