Profile GeneratorSO I SCREAM follows the unwritten law of playing both, original and true music. Certainly it's a heavy creature. For sure it's stylistically differential (since there are huge contrasts between each member's music tastes ). It's not only heaviness that shapes the noise. It's a whole, damn melting-pot of moods covered by courageous sonic experiments and that's, because SO I SCREAM creates mostly for their own pleasure, to satisfy their own (usually sick) relishes...
Words are as important as sound. Connected to music, they build a symbiosis, a final construction. Composed from personal reflections, commentaries, acts of love, hate or contempt, extreme wrath, satire, combat with invincible, those words refer to individuals or to the whole world, they are simple as fuck or twisted and embroiled... Those lyrics are fear, narcissism, suicide, theatre of emotions... just like the music.
More than 6 years ago, bunch of friends from the same town (Warsaw), discovered the rock and metal scene and wanted to join in. The beginning of the proper band activity dates in October 1999 - a period of the first rehearsals (chaos, mess and disarray). After a while the noise started to sound pleasant and the progress was audible. In July 2001, the group recorded their first demo (this horrible crime took place in D.B.X. studio, Warsaw) which contained 6 tracks. Winter 2002/2003, time of the second underground impact... SO I SCREAM records another demo (this time more conscious) in KOKSZOMAN studio (Warsaw).S.I.S. plays in unchanged lineup since the very beginning.
The band's first full-length material "The End of Tolerance" is an attempt not only to crush the audience with noise and blastbeats, but also give enough space to catch your breath. This may seem like a perfect description for another dull indie-metal act, but trust us - it's definitely not a path to follow for SO I SCREAM.
Debut album "The End of Tolerance" will be released in Poland on 5th march 2007.
