Le Guin, Weird Al Yankovic, Dr. Joann Fletcher, and Dr. Barry Marshall are a few people I'd like to meet. I would have loved to meet Cab Calloway, may he rest in peace.

I am mostly omnivorous when it comes to music. I am not fond of country, and I do not like gangster/thug rap. (I do like some blue grass though.) That is pretty much it. It really depends on my whim what I will listen to at any given moment, but I do have favorites. Here is the beginning of a list: Jimmi Hendrix, The Moody Blues, System of a Down, The Dixie Chicks, Fatboy Slim, Kittie, The Cure, Deep Forest, Depeche Mode, Enya, Eurythmics, Wendy Carlos (I LOVE the original Switched on Bach from the 70s! It is remastered now, titled Switched on Bach II, put out in 2002.), Weird Al Yankovic, Martyn Bennett, Paul Simon, Marylin Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Chiasm, The Beatles, Bob Marley, Midnight Oil, Art of Noise, They Might Be Giants, Fleetwood Mac, Madonna, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, 303infinity, The Cynic Project, Torley Wong, Red Joy Reid, Yes, Gorrilaz, Peter Gabrial, Banco De Gaia, Orbital, Bjork, Moby, Sparks, The Prodigy, Sting, Garbage, The Chemical Brothers, Vanessa Carlton, Paula Cole, (The Real) Tuesday Weld, No Doubt, Michelle Shocked, Queen, Iron Maiden, Metallica (their old stuff), Pink Floyd, Enigma, Rammstein, Laibach, Heart, Ozzy Osbourne (his older stuff), Shinehead, De La Soul (when they first came out), Smashing Pumpkins, Pete Miser, Death Cab for Cutie, Cab Calloway, Alice Cooper, The Dresden Dolls, Herb Alpert (Tijuana Brass), John Denver, Alannis Morrisette, 10,000 Maniacs, U2, Gus Gus, Information Society, Suzanne Vega, PJ Harvey, Seal, The Cranberries, Sugar Ray, The Black Eyed Peas, The Real Mackenzies, Daft Punk, Qkumba Zoo, Groove Armada, M.
