About Me

I am the author of the international best selling novel, The Thieves of Heaven, (Bantam/Dell) published in twenty eight countries and soon to be a major motion picture from 20th Century Fox.
The Thieves series revolves around a gentleman thief by the name of Michael St. Pierre. A man who is thrust back into a world he thought he left behind, a man who is faced with the ultimate moral compromise.
The Thieves of Heaven tells the story of Michael’s race to steal two keys from the Vatican in order to save the life of his dying wife. Swept from New York City to Rome to Jerusalem to Berlin, Michael is drawn deeper and deeper into a world of deadly deception where the consequences of his thieving actions are far worse than the loss of a single life.
At the heart of the story though, underneath the suspense and mystery, is how far a man will go to save the life of the woman he loves.
My new novel, THE THIEVES OF FAITH, follows Michael St. Pierre as he is forced to break into the deepest heart of The Kremlin to save the father he never knew.
Released to outstanding reviews, THE THIEVES OF FAITH is available where ever books are sold and is already climbing the bestseller lists.
The Thrillogy will continue with THE THIEVES OF DARKNESS.

My Interests

Sports
No one is more fun to watch on their home turf than the NY Giants, the NY Yankees or the Detroit Red Wings even when they don't win championships.
Nothing beats a good hockey or lacrosse game

I love Skiing, Scuba, Swimming, Triathlons and any thing that creates an adrenaline rush (bungi jumping, trapeze, skydiving etc...)

Next to writing, my greatest passion is music. There is nothing better than getting lost within the strings of my guitar or the keys of my piano.
But, above all, the greatest joy in my life is hearing the laughter of my wife and kids on those moments when we all come together.
There is a comfort to love that only those that truly know it feel. It is warm and secure, free of anger and jealousy. It is euphoric and renders one immune to life’s cruelty. It is filled with never ending hope, undying appreciation and true selflessness. It is the rarest of gifts.

I'd like to meet:

Anticipation in meeting the subjects of our adoration so often exceeds the realization. So why go through the devastation of an image subjugation as the result of our misplaced idolization.
That being said… The people I admire and have the greatest respect for include…
Pat Tillman, Mark Bingham, Michael P. Murphy, Thomas E. Burnett Jr, Jeremy Glick, Mike Kelly, Brian J. Ouellette, Michael A. Monsoor, David M. Tapper, Billy Minardi, Pope John Paul II, Stephen King, Ben Franklin, and DaVinci.

Music:

I love music almost as much as I love life; from hard rock to country, classical to Pop. Don't be prejudiced, open your ears you may find there is a lot more great music out there than you realize.

Movies:

Braveheart, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Shawshank, Jaws, The Green Mile, The Quiet Man, Conan, The Godfather, Magic, Rocky, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Escape, Bond,
