Formed in 2000, Urban Science is an upcoming group out of Atlanta,Georgia. Comprised of three emcees/producers, Anubus (O. Landery), Bliss (D.Thomas), and recently added emcee/producer Cnipa C (C.Clemmons),the group Urban Science is now known for its thought-provoking lyrics and punchline driven battle raps. Primarily focusing on positive and message-based lyrics, U.S. (also referred to as "us") strays away from the typical "iced out" & "booty shaking" songs that now flood the radio waves. Having no producer and starting @ the age of 14, U.S. began self producing the instrumentals for their tracks, with Anubus acting as the primary producer & Bliss focusing on quality over quantity. The group independently released their underground album "Industry Threat" in the summer of 2004, but only considers the album as a 19 track demo showcasing their skillz since most of the songs on the album were written when the group members were a mere age of 15. Now at the age of 20, Urban Science is currently in the midst of recording its new LP that will be released the summer of 2007.
