I'm batman.Well sort of. That is to say during the daylight and in public I am a mild mannered middle-aged business man caught up in making an original and unique venture get off the ground. Computer presentations, spreadsheets, flow-charts, business meetings, you name it, I'm doing it. I am a devoted Uncle to two great kids and have tried to be a good son to my parents and a good brother to my surviving sibling. I pay my taxes and fight for my political and spiritual beliefs.On my own time I am an actor. 30 years of stage and now a couple years of film. This has kept me young. This has kept me sane. This has kept me from being excited about a new tie assortment at the Big & Tall store. It has allowed me to access the kind of people I might actually grow from knowing, and some that I absolutely fell in love with. Being in the creative community keeps me from becoming comfortable enough for a casket way too early. Lately the exciting folks I have met have inspired me to live harder and smile more. I have spent the last decade or so hovering around 300 lbs., and now for some reason I have been able to drop the extra third of a person I have had hanging on me. I'm right on schedule and should reach my goal by the end of the year. The effort has been highly successful and I love not having that barrier any more.
